Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a different processing time for each item.

Returns

The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. Please understand it may happen that your order may be out of stock once your order has been made.

The period of time is 30 days. If you don't receive the product within the 30 days period, we are not able to issue a refund or an exchange.

You can only return an item in the event that it is not used and still in the same condition the day you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging.
